“I was looking for balloon decorators in Park Street for my daughter's 1st birthday on an urgent basis. I needed the decoration completed by 3:00 PM. Called 5-6 different decorators — all denied or wanted extra money, but I landed on Hamd Balloon and they accepted my last minute request and completed the decoration before time without charging extra. Highly recommend for last minute requests.”
